Many feel mistrust in the banking system. This is demonstrated by numerous accounts of mass withdrawals from banking institutions across the country. We cannot stress highly enough that the "safes" sold at home centers and big box stores are not worthy of securing valuables or cash. There's a reason they cost what they do!
As evidence, simply Google or search You Tube for methods to open these cheap "safes" quickly and easily. Most times only a big screwdriver is all that is needed!

Due to frequent requests we have decided to post a few of our used safes for sale on the Used Safes Page. We will also post a few of our "safes in waiting" here. These units are in line for various degrees of restoration ranging anywhere from a new paint job, rebuilding the locks, or custom fabrication to the doors and interiors.
While some of these may not be pretty like those fancy-schmancy gun lockers every gunsmith sells, they are or will be mechanically superior when we're through. Remember, some of these are used and waiting for a little attention.
We have sold a few "as is" but warranted to those who wish to save even more money. A safe is designed to protect what you put inside it.

This is a double door Mosler safe. 76 inches high x 51 inches wide x 30 inches deep.
This is a great safe for long guns, handguns, cash, or paperwork. It is 4 hour fire rated.
We'll take an educated guess of the weight at close to 4000 pounds.
Many create their own interiors for these to suit their personal needs.
